It has been awhile since I last weighed in. Over two years ago I weighed in for the last time and a lot has happened since then. I was in the middle of the HCG diet the last time I weighed in and it helped me drop down to 204 pounds at my lowest weight. I am not sure what happened after the HCG diet, but I think a couple of things played a factor in me gaining my weight back. I hit a plateau and quit losing shortly after the HCG diet and after awhile I lost my focus and before I knew it I was back up at 218.
This past week I have started the P90X Workouts to ty and lose my weight again and get back down to the 200 pound range before June/ July. Once I am down there I can keep going hard and lose the extra 10-15 pounds during the summer. Checking in at 218 today I hope I can say this is the highest I will get for the rest of my life.
